The Westside Market storefront on 2nd Street in Whitefish

Why not Westside?

Our Story

Westside Market has been the neighborhood's stop on 2nd Street for years, a local, family owned market that a Whitefish family made their own in 2023. The name stuck. So did the answer. Why not Westside?

What was a market and a fuel stop became something more. The family built a real coffee bar, a kitchen that makes fresh food in house, and a bottle shop stocked with craft beer and fine wine. The Cenex pumps are still out front because they need to be. The espresso and the food are the reason people come back.

Westside Market opens early and stays open late, and most places in Whitefish do not. It is on the way to the lake, the boat launch, and the river, and still open when you get back.

Being on the west side is its own kind of convenience. In the summer, when downtown Whitefish fills up with traffic and there is nowhere to leave the truck, you can pull in here instead, park easily, and be back on the road with your coffee before you would have found a spot in town.
