Why not Westside?

West Side Market has been the neighborhood's stop on 2nd Street since before Joe Hess and the Kahles made it their own in 2023. The name stuck. So did the answer: Why not Westside?

What was a market and a fuel stop became something more: Joe built a real coffee bar, a deli that makes the food in-house, and a bottle shop stocked with craft beer and fine wine. The Cenex pumps are still there because they need to be — but the espresso and the donuts are the reason people come back.

West Side Market opens early and stays open late — most places in Whitefish don't. It's on the way to the lake, the boat launch, and the river, and still open when you get back.
